Maslens specialise in high-end Polished Concrete flooring for commercial and residential customers in London.
Maslens has had three websites with Phase Two now. The original site was powered by a content management system that I had built from scratch in PHP and Mysql nearly 20 years ago. The latest version is powered by the popular WordPress CMS.
A custom built project management system has also been developed in PHP/MySql and is being integrated into the back end of the new website.
Audiomind
Audiomind is a small recording studio in Shoeburyness, Essex. For this Southend based website design client, I created an easy to use (and update) brochure website powered by the fantastic WordPress content management system.
In addition to the website, I provided the photography for him too.
FH Ives Ltd
F.H.Ives is a timber merchant based in Wickford, Essex. This wickford web design project has been optimised for Search engines with many front page listings.
The website is powered by the WordPress CMS, and the theme was custom built. It was designed so that the client could update the website easily, without the clutter and bad code often present with so many commercial WordPress themes. It is simple, but very easy to manage.
The website now ranks top of the Search Engines for ‘Timber Merchants’ and many related phrases, which provides them with a nice flow of new customers.
Essex knee Surgery
The Essex Knee Surgery website is run by Chris Rees, a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon. This website is powered by WordPress and the template was built from scratch for the client.
The site ranks number one for his top key phrases ‘Knee Surgery Essex’ as well as many other page one listings.
Many of my early websites were powered by a custom Content Management System (CMS) that I had built from scratch in the PHP programming language.
These days, WordPress is my system of choice for powering a website. More sites are powered by it than any other system, it’s more secure, user friendly, and works extremely well with modern SEO techniques. Using this system means I can spend less time maintaining old code and more time promoting my clients’ websites with Search Engine Optimisation.
